Tsuyoshi Murakami is now back behind his counter in São Paulo focusing on the ingredient in a minimalistic space. This time together with Jun, his son, and Suzana his wife. The restaurant has an alive menu, that is born and dies every night, prepared with the best products of the day and ready to enchanted clients that don't know the style of the chef, and re-enchanted the ones that already knew Murakami from his old counter.
Born in Hakodate, north part of Japan, Murakami came to Rio de Janeiro when he was three. Years later, when he was 18, went back to Japan, were he dive into the kitchen, from there on, he spends time in the kitchen with the biggest chefs in Tokyo, New York, and Barcelona. After 30 years in his old address in the Liberdade neighborhood, Murakami is now opening his new space.
Composed of six steps, the Chef creates dishes that go from the most traditional Japanese cuisine until the most innovative recipes of the Japanese gourmet, for R$300 per person.
